I just finished listening to Jon Edwards and Curt Smith defend their business ideas and values and it made me proud to work for them. Their idea of fusing old world ideas, like customer service and craftsmanship, with technology and information is the reason why Schnee's is a sucessful store bucking the trends of big box stores. Big box stores will continue to offer cheap products at cheap prices while faceless employees attempt in vain to offer assistance to customers. Jon and Curt's attention to their customers and their products is the reason why Schnee's is a thriving business. I hope to work for Schnee's for years to come.
